Mission & History

Concept Services was built on the foundation of a Concept, Process and a Discipline.  This soon became our "Brand Identity" to which we worked by and what we wanted to deliver to our clients.   

The Concept is that new business development and lead generation needs to be separated from your outside sales initiative.  Most sales reps hate to make cold calls and therefore won't do it, confusing being busy with being productive.

The Process is a consistent, strategic methodology, designed to build a sales pipeline of Key Contacts all the way through to a Sales Opportunity.

Discipline ensures companies with a steady, uninterrupted process of strategic prospecting for new business. 

With over 40 years of collaborative sales experience, the leadership team understands that most companies experience the same issues as it relates to sales.  At Concept Services we want to be able to offer companies options and alternatives to the high cost of managing and maintaining their own internal sales force.  We believe by doing this, it allows companies to focus on their core services while we work on filling their sales pipeline.
