Concept Services reaches across North America with an attitude of building a "pipeline" of prospects for our client's sales team. Our team is made up of seasoned sales people that have pursued degrees in business, specifically, sales and marketing. We do not employ college students, part-time employees, or individuals with no sales experience. Many of them have held both inside and outside sales positions. With an intimate understanding of our client's products and services, our business development representatives are able to conduct in-depth phone conversations with C level executives, business owners, vice presidents and director level positions. They are seasoned professionals who have the experience and ability to ask and answer probing questions. At Concept Services, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is the heart of our business.
