SEA - Sales Evaluation and Assessment

To improve your current sales structure and process, it is important to understand where you are presently.  These can be tough questions to answer.  It is important that you answer these questions as honest and accurate as possible.

We assist you with your sales evaluation and help you assess your current sales structure, approach, strategy and target market.  To do this we have developed SEA, an evaluation questionaire.  The objective of SEA is to build on what is positive and to eliminate the items that are non-productive.
