Many companies have the same concerns.  Do you know what your sales rep(s) are doing on a daily basis?  Are you driving their direction and activity or are they an island by themselves and no one really knows what they do from day-to-day?  Ironically, companies are in-tuned to all aspects or departments of their company, however, when it comes to sales, they often let our sales reps do their own thing.
