Frequently asked Questions about Lead One

Q:  How is the prospect data list determined?

A:  Concept Services will procure data of companies that have similar

     target market: SIC Codes, Geography/territory, Revenue range,

     Employee size, etc.

 

Q:  How will Concept Services represent my group?

A:  Concept Services will be contacting prospects as “Concept 

     Services.”  We will be introducing ourselves as a Partner to a

     group of companies that provide synergistic or

     competitive products and/or services. 

 

Q:  Will I have input in designing the approach?

A:  Yes, Concept Services will work individually with each partner in

      understanding their value proposition.  Concept Services will

      develop the approach and share that with each partner. 

 

Q:  How many individual companies would be in my group?

A:  A typical group will consist of 4-5 companies.

 

Q:  Will I know the names of the different companies that

     comprise my group?

A:  No.     

     Concept Services will manage each company as a single

     customer to Concept Services.  Concept Services will provide

     each company with a Non-Disclosure document at the start of

     the engagement.

 

Q:  What is a typical period of engagement?

A:  24 weeks

 

Q:  How will the “leads” be distributed?

A:  Everyday that a lead is generated with a qualified prospect,

     Concept Services will e-mail the entire group an identical

     Call Sheet .  The Call Sheet will provide all the company and

     contact information about the prospect.  It will also include in

     chronological order, the number of attempted contacts, any

     dialogue (both voice and e-mail), and finally what has prompted

     the prospect to meet with our partners.

 

Q:  After a lead is generated who owns the lead?

A:  The lead is jointly owned by the partners.  Concept Services will

      make one final follow up call to the prospect to ensure all the

      partners responded to the prospects initial need.
