Concept Services is centrally located between Cleveland and Canton for the purpose of attracting the best business-to-business inside sales professionals possible.
In this role you will be prospecting for new opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, analyzing their needs, and effectively delivering value-added solutions for our clients.
This position can serve as a launching pad for the individual who is seeking a sales career, or for the experienced sales person to use his skills as an inside sales person in a professional environment. The role is a combination of fun, learning, and growth.
The Inside Sales Representative role offers a comprehensive training to get started. During this period, our Sales Representatives will be engaged in daily training, focusing on sales processes and rep shadowing. By partnering with a tenured Sales Representative, our new Sales Representatives will hone their telephone sales skills and witness how to manage a cold call.
Once past initial training, responsibilities include the following:
• Account relationship building
• Develop new sales opportunities for your accounts
• Cold-calling key decision makers to set appointments
• Gathering data and actively listening to prospective clients by using consultative sales methods to fully
understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify areas in which your account can assist
them.
• Becoming a subject matter expert
• Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota
• Work in a team environment
Compensation:
Low $30k base + commission (25% to 40% of base)

Requirements:
It is preferable that this person has a Business or Sales & Marketing Degree, or a minimum of 2-4 years sales experience. Experience with inside and outside sales is preferable. They must be able to understand multiple products and or services. They enjoy a structured competitive environment.
Computer Requirements:
Must be proficient using the computer. Experience using Customer Relationship Management solutions such as SFDC, ACT, Goldmine, etc. is a plus. Must be proficient using MS Word and Outlook.
