Dan Harsh, President
Concept Services was founded by its President and CEO, Dan Harsh. Dan has held the positions of Partner of a Software Consulting and Microsoft Training Center (CTEC), Director Sales and Operations for a major Computer Leasing company, and General Manager of a Marketing/Advertising and Technology firm.

Greg Harsh, Vice President of Sales
Greg Harsh, Partner and Vice President of Sales, is responsible for new client development and marketing. With a lifetime career in sales, Greg's background and experience has been working with Fortune 500 companies that provide service and capital equipment.

Traci Whetzel, General Manager
As our General Manager, Traci provides knowledge in all areas within Concept Services. Having been a Business Development Representative, Account Manager, and Manager of Quality Development, it was a natural progression to have her become our General Manager. She understands the process and discipline of our business required to provide our clients with results. Her experience in representing many products and services allows her to define what is required to drive success with our business development representatives and our clients.

Rich Ehas, Account Manager
With 6 years of experience at Concept Services, Rich provides support in many areas.  Starting out as a BDM and having the opportunity to work multiple accounts, Rich's product/service experience goes very deep.  In his Account Manager role, Rich is able to personally provide hands-on support for the BDMs and work directly with our clients.  With his past inside and outside sales experience in the Information Technology field he brings strength to Concept Services.

Kate Schaefer, Account Manager
Kate began with Concept Services as a BDM in the material handling industry before transitioning to her Account Manager role. As an Account Manager, Kate is focused on collaborating with our clients to develop strategies which effectively deliver results.  Her previous experience includes selling marketing solutions in the healthcare verticals, both inside and outside sales, with an emphasis in new business development.

Our Team
We employ seasoned sales people and college graduates that have pursued degrees in business, specifically, sales and marketing. We do not employ college students, part-time employees, or individuals with no sales experience. Our new business developers average between a few years to twenty years of sales experience. Many of them have held both inside and outside sales positions. We work with companies that sell high-end software solutions, technology services, manufacturing services, marketing & advertising, and more. With an intimate understanding of our client's products and services, our new business developers are able to conduct in-depth phone conversations with C level executives, business owners, Vice Presidents and Director level positions. They are seasoned professionals who have the experience and ability to ask and answer probing questions. At Concept Services, the new business developers are the heart of our business.
